Found concreting in RCC M25A20 grade for 4th lift at D/S left divide wall for 4th lift was done. Checking the reinforcements binding, tying,spacing for 5th lift of D/S left divide wall and found correct as per the drawing,design n specifications. Rods are cleaned properly using gunny bags and through wire brush as per the instruction of Er. B.K. Parida, QA&QC Expert, PMU, BBSR. Found the clear cover at left side wall face is beyond 75mm at two points. @ PM, EPC,Agency of ISS, Nandagaon is suggested once again to keep clear cover equal manner as per inspection notes of SE, KID & Expert of PMC during their site visit on 17.09.2024
