Fixing & fittings and alignment of 2nd. stage embedded parts and sufficient numbers of dowel bars at roller tracks of both stoplog & service gate grooves at bay No.4 &5 of Pier No. 4 for 9th lift and pier no.5 for 6th lift have been checked and found correct by HM Expert of PMC during his site visit on dt.21.01.2026 in presence of all civil n mechanical Site Engineers of PMC and EPC Agency as per the approved Mechanical drawing & designs.
(i) Accordingly the rigid n smooth shuttering for placing the 2nd. Stage concrete is completed as follows:
(ii) Chipping of old vertical concrete surface is completed.
(iii).The area is cleaned properly through air water jetting and passed by SE, KID, Bhawanipatna for placing concrete with RCC M35A20 grade on 25.01.2026
