2. The agency was advised to immediately commence the second stage of mechanical works.
3. The agency was directed to submit the Afflux Survey Report and the approach road data of the site at the earliest.
4. The agency was instructed to start the building works without any further delay.
Remarks / Conclusion
The overall progress of the work was reviewed during the visit. The agency was advised to enhance the pace of execution and ensure timely submission of all required data and reports. The quality of work must be maintained strictly as per specifications under the close supervision of PMC and departmental officials on 28.11.2025
