• 1 . Visited the site, ISS Nandagaon by QAC Expert & Site Engineer of PMC on dt. 04.04.2026 in presence of PM,EPC Agency, Site Engineers of PMC and site Engineer of EPC Agency, ISS Nandagaon. Observations/ suggestions are made during visit following components as follows:
(a) Construction of RCC cutoff wall of U/S right Divide wall is already completed and the PCC with M15A40 grade at bottom of Raft foundation has also been completed on dt. 02.04.2026.
(b) Reinforcement works in binding, placing in proper position, clear cover at bottom layer and sides are maintained using cover blocks including rigid n smooth shuttering at bottom layer for 1st lift of 0.60m ht. are completed as follows :
(i) Binding of main Bar of 25mm dia n 16mm dia Dist. Bars at bottom layers including binding of vertical main pier bars of 20mm dia are completed.
(ii) Rigid and Smooth shuttering by providing clear cover 75mm measured from main bar to shutter plate are done.
(iii) Area is cleaned using air water jetting and passed by SE, KID, Bhawanipatna and ready to place concrete with RCC M25A20 grade upto RL-230.00m on 04.04.2026
